Leading Head
Jirayong is the Founder and Managing Director of Jay Capital Advisory Limited. She has more than 25 years of experience in the finance industry and has advised many leading listed companies on complex corporate transactions during her employment. Her areas of specialization are mergers and acquisitions, IPO, REITs, valuation and corporate strategy formulation.
Jirayong is also the Chairperson of Audit Committee of Pioneer Motors PCL, and Director of CPanel PCL . In addition, Jirayong is a special lecturer in Finance and Investment Banking for various organizations, for example, “IDE to IPO” course at the National Innovation Agency supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, M&A class at the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, and CFO class for the Federation of Accounting Profession of Thailand.
